NO, it did NOT! There are numerous points showing connection between some of Trump's people and Russians. The report could not show a direct tie to Trump, but there was there was a lot of connections.

The report said there was NO connection between Russia and Trump or the Trump campaign.
It said Bannon and Gates had a relationship with Ukraine.
The ones with the Russian connection turned out to be people the DNC hired.
DNC and Hillary hired FusionGPS. The owner of the business had a long time working relationship with the Russian lawyer who met with Trump's son.

If it was the Trump company working with China businesses and banks, there is no issue just as there is no issue that facebook and many american corporations due the same thing.
