I heard about this fraud activity on the news yesterday. I thought I would post it to warn people about giving out personal information. I encourage everyone to vote in person, check eligibility to vote etc. in person. Do not give out personal information to “election officials” etc or via the phone or the internet unless you initiate the phone call. Another hazard related to the mail in voting nonsense.

I have voted in 14 Presidential elections, since 1964. All but 4 of those were by absentee ballot. No problem, no fraud.
Just be sure of what you are doing. If not sure, don't do it.

This is about fraudsters gathering personal information from people by posing a selection officials or requesting personal information on material sent with phony ballots. This information is then used for identity theft.
