I believe this to be a huge intrusion into our rights under the second amendment. What part of “shall not be infringed “ do they not understand?

1SG (Anonymous) - of course I do not subscribe to citizens being available to nukes. They do not have the capacity to use them as they are intended. The others however can be argued. We are given under our constitution the right and duty to resist a tyrannical government. How can that be achieved if they have so much more at their disposal than the citizenry? Just food for thought.

Veterans fought or served for the freedoms we all have, there is in place a process to obtain a firearm lawfully.If you get passed that process you lawfully own a firearm lol that simple.The problem is unlawfully owning a gun in unlawful hands, leave us that are lawfully gun owners alone that simple.
