Everyday (& Week) I listen to a variety of podcasts as a way to keep myself up to date on current affairs, learn new things, and entertain myself.
Looking at RP, I believe that this community could offer some great content in that regards.
As an example 1SG (Join to see) does "This Day in Military History" which are Outstanding articles. CSM Michael J. Uhlig presented the Leadership discussion:

which is another prime candidate.
What are your thoughts on an Audio format Above & Beyond that of the forums?

Musings, rantings.... but I'm thinking we could actually tap those with far more knowledge than myself.
Off the cuff.. tapping one of our Field Grades and our Senior Enlisted for a "Green & Gold" discussion about something like "Jumping out of a Military Aircraft with a Fish" would be awesome.
"Capt Sobel Approves: This weeks Change of Command" Hosted by Capt Richard I P. might be another great podcast.
The possibilities are endless!

That would be an AWESOME idea Sgt Aaron Kennedy, MS. It would be a way that someone could keep up on what's going on here when they are away from a computer, but have access to a smartphone that can stream the podcast.
