"Drain the swamp" needs to be the priority. The career criminals need to be purged from inside the beltway. It's too bad the anti-military people can't see the real problem; the military doesn't start wars, politicians do.

As I think back over my life and the history I was taught, I am reminded of a thought I had years ago: "Democrats get us into wars, Republicans get us out" Bush Jr. being an aberration.

How about something truthful?
I cannot understand how any American Veteran hates this nation so much they revert to name calling and government bashing. Not bashing certain people but government institutions with such labels as "swamp rats." Government employees are NOT swamp creatures. They are patriotic Americans serving our nation. Our institutions such as the FBI and the CIA, as well as other agencies are doing the job they are hired to do and doing it pretty well.
'Drain the swamp" is about the most unAmerican slogan that can be muttered. There is no swamp, there is just some parotitic citizens trying to get the job done.
