After receiving this handwritten petition, the Supreme Court agreed to hear Gideon’s appeal. Thus Gideon, an uneducated drifter who failed to adequately represent himself against charges of petty theft, succeeded in bringing his case before the highest court in the land. Gideon’s lawyer, Abe Fortas, believed that Gideon may have been assisted in writing this petition by his cellmate, a former judge convicted of murder.

Project Veritas isn't reliable, it's a propaganda outlet. Second, are you trying to disenfranchise the homeless? Where should they register as their address, so that they can vote? Or do you just want to ignore them and deny them the same rights that other Americans have?

Legally, that effort is a non-starter. You have to have evidence of fraud, which is missing, and it has to be done at the time that the electoral vote is taken. It's too late at this point.

Capt Gregory Prickett - And then there is the problem that when directly asked by the judges if the attorneys were alleging fraud in the Wisconsin vote cases, the attorneys all denied that they were alleging fraud. So why would they deny the allegations of fraud in the lawsuits which they brought to stop the certification of the vote?
But going even further, if you read the actual bill which was passed, there is nothing in the bill which states that the Wisconsin legislature is decertifying the state election and awarding it to Trump. But why let reading the actual statute get in the way of a good headline to get clicks and eyeballs on your story and spread more disinformation? Interestingly, several of the "irregularities" cited in the statute didn't happen or are greatly over-exaggerated. However, this bill was passed after most of the Democrats had left due to a lack of COVID safety measures in the legislature.
