Would anyone venture a guess as to why people are choosing to do this? This is way passed merely "wanting to sneak in." These people are committing actionable crimes..for what? To probe for weak spots in security? WTF?!!

The third guy in the story turned out to be legitimate. He had a Park Police permit, and was hired for armed security, but he made a wrong turn and ended up at the wrong checkpoint, where his pass wasn't any good. They figured it out when he went before the magistrate.
