These things are reviewed by dozens of constitutional lawyers and scholars before signature to ensure their constitutionality.
It's funny how people these things are drafted by some random secretary 10 minutes before signature.

Capt Gregory Prickett - I looked at the link Collins threw up. I didn't see anything about Executive Orders.

MSgt Steve Sweeney - he had some EOs that were clearly unconstitutional, albeit far fewer than Trump.

Well, as usual, Jeffy latches onto legal issues that are, well, wrong.

Were the mask mandate to require everyone to wear a mask at all time, it might (and only might) be problematic, but it only deals with interstate travel, entry into the US, and policy on federal property, all of which fall within the power of the executive.

Rejoining the Paris Agreement is just as constitutional as leaving it.

OK, let me understand you correctly–policies to eliminate systemic racism is bad?

The president has total authority to limit immigration from certain areas, wasn't that your argument in support of Trump's "Muslim" ban? If he has the power to limit it, he's also got the power to drop those limits.

The order to release detainees is within the executive's power, just as you argued that he had the right to detain them and separate them from their families.

Again, no constitutional violation. School districts are not entitled to federal funds, and those funds can be conditioned on the school complying with federal policies.

This is just another snowflake whining.

When civics are no longer 'correctly' taught in school, you have an ignorant populace. An ignorant populace has no knowledge of the rights they have and what actions can and cannot be used to govern them.

An example, discussion with my 13YO son, today, who stated that his history teacher stated we are a democracy, while extoling why the Electoral college should be abolished. As an informed young citizen, he retorted with we are a democratically elected republic, he was muted. (zoom distance learning)

an ignorant populace is a controlled populace.

I find it amusing how certain some people are of their "correctness", on both sides of the aisle.

MSgt Steve Sweeney - True, however, when all else fails it helps to reference documentation instead of how we feel.
