If Raskin is so dedicated to this why is he involved in an unconstitutional process? If Raskin really believes this why did he object to the electoral college votes for Trump!

LTC David Brown - And while I hear and see the right-wingers like you crying all over the interwebs and social media about the items you mentioned, no actual legal action against the "MSM", almost as if the people complaining knew how thin their arguments are. Not actually going to DO anything to hold the MSM accountable, if there is anything to hold them accountable for, but they certainly will cry and cry.

MSgt Steve Sweeney - sorta like the Sandman case, I think Sandman did pretty well when Sandman sued, and collected. Even those with impaired vision could see the press was trying to screw Sandman. Who is going to sue when the media refuses to cover a story. Of course I am refering toHunter Biden’s computer. The push back from actual historians forced the author of the 1619 project to rebrand her BS. So actual so called “prestigious “ newspapers have been caught multiple times LYING!

LTC David Brown - You think Sandman did pretty well despite having most of his claims tossed? Of course you do. You don't know any better.

"The Twitter thread in question [@RespectableLaw] posits that though a judge tossed most of Sandmann’s case, the few remaining claims that remained would not have survived discovery. But since the claims were allowed to remain alive, it would have cost $200,000 or so to defend them. That’s why an insurance carrier, in this supposed version of events, probably threw a lowball offer to prevent spending even more to get the entire case tossed. In other words, the settlement was a business decision that had nothing to do with the merits of Sandmann’s case."

So you have yet to cite a single example where a reputable news source has been caught "lying".
