Russia recalls envoy after Biden remarks about Putin

Russia has recalled its Washington ambassador for talks to prevent the "irreversible deterioration" of relations with the US.
The Russian government said Anatoly Antonov had been called back to Moscow as US ties had reached a "blind alley".
The move came after President Joe Biden said Vladimir Putin would "pay the price" for alleged election meddling.
In an interview with ABC News, Mr Biden confirmed he thought the Russian president was "a killer".
Mr Biden had been commenting on an American intelligence report that suggested Mr Putin had authorised an interference campaign in last November's presidential election in the US.

Once again good sense prevails. Russia, especially Putin, are not our friends. Protecting our enemies is never a good idea.

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel - I disagreed with POTUS Trump for personal reasons regarding his conduct. Others agreed with him, but that is their right and for nobody else to judge, excluding Courts and restricted only to Trump. Internal beliefs not acted on are not a crime. None of us USA types should be enemies by default, until we show cause, especially Veterans. A large chunk of politics is a national docu-drama, but what counts is usually common core agreements and local matters. We are the duty experts on smelling BS, due to having served, and I believe most of us can see what is going on in politics. We're also accustomed to new bosses at all levels on a frequent basis. I believe we are living in interesting times across the board, per the Chinese curse some refer to.
