Clearly!<smile> Free range everything is preferable when its food!
I'm not a fan of making "food" with the process. It is interesting that is is possible to make wood - to actually grow it in the form for which it is to be used. I suppose it remains to be see if curves and where joints would ordinarily be, are as strong without the reinforcement of nails or pegs.

Without going into all the details about this scenario, @lt col charlie, it is too far out in my view... Why not just change the material from wood to something else like recycled plastic bottles... I would have to see the process, understand it, and see the end results before I could accept it as something I would want to purchase...
