To be clear, it is only vacated because he is no longer POTUS. As a private citizen he can block anyone on Twitter he wants. Well he could if he had a Twitter account (which he doesn’t).

Because the case is moot, not because Trump prevailed on the merits.

The SCOTUS dismissed the case because Trump is not in office (so there is no longer a live case or controversy).
