Um yeah no surprise here: "The Supreme Court vacated a lower court ruling that found former President Trump violated the First Amendment by blocking followers on Twitter, ordering the case to be dismissed as moot now that he is no longer in office."

Also the bigger question is what Twitter account? Because they already said he's not getting back on Twitter ever. So does it really matter at this point? He apparently has his FB account in their oversight appeal board thing.

The SCOTUS dismissed the case because Trump is not in office (so there is no longer a live case or controversy).
