Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene, a leading member of the new America First caucus, is calling for the development of what she called “Anglo-Saxon space lasers.”
“Anglo-Saxons have for too long ceded space-laser superiority to the airborne laser beams of foreign banking élites,” she said. “This shall not stand on my watch.”

We can joke trying to explain her into a fringe politician. But she is like many. I do not live in the US today. I am locked into the pandemic in Brazil. But I own a home in western NC. I was and am now shocked at who is new the US Congressman from NC 11th district. The boy child in a wheelchair. How did this happen? I think partly politicians have been so so busy helping their connected rich friends, handing out favors so when they do talk to the people who elect them they spin conspiracy theories giving the illusion they are working for their conservative districts. I wonder how many liberal programs voted into law, many by liberals her families construction business benefitted richly from.
