UNCLOS has been ratified by 167 countries, including India, plus the European Union, but not by the US."

We have a lot of synergy with India right now -- and they are on the rise as a power. Why would someone want to be reckless in perceptions is beyond me - but it shows how fast we are speeding up in our own decline. I call such a statement as was done - Boneheaded --
