What was so hard about putting nursing home people with COVID-19 on the navy hospital ship that recently arrived in New York harbor? It only had 20 patients. New York officials blamed President Trump for not doing enough when we had a near-empty USNS Comfort Hospital Ship that could have taken those patients. Those lives saved would have resulted in New York keeping its seat in Congress.

Good afternoon, sir. I will place that blame on two people. The first is the mayor of New York City, De Blasio. The second is Governor of New York Cuomo. They could have sent those people to receive better care but that would have meant giving into Mr. Trump which to these two was intolerable, even if it meant possible deaths for many Sent to nursing homes.
