Police claim that Mr Zaveri pulled out a 9mm handgun and shot the dog as shocked golfers looked on.

This is inhumane. On Golden Greens Golf Resort, where I am a member, there are many stray dogs, who have been adopted by golfers and the course to ensure their care is guaranteed. A pup playing downrange from the tee saw a white golf ball and began playing with it. The players approached the pup and retrieved the ball from its grasp. The pup was removed from the playing field and a free drop was afforded the affected player, no closer to the pin. No one got angry and no one mishandled the pup. Animals are life and just because they cannot defend themselves in a court of law doesn't mean these pets don't deserve life. Killing animals is murder.

SSG Byron Hewett, some people are allergic to dogs and so, they should remain at home because dogs, stray and otherwise, are everywhere.
