Why does it seem so many great musicians die too early? Is their a curse on musical greatness?

I will start the list: Denver, Prince, Jackson, Marley, Cobain, Hendrix, Morrison, Joplin. I know there are a lot more.

Way too many have died in aircraft accidents: Holly, Croce, SRV, and so on.
