Thankfully, here in GA I was never totally locked down. Except the 10 days with Covid. I have been around so many germs and viruses, working in Healthcare, I don't worry about about it.

Parts of this are written in a misleading way. 1 in 4 being such a case. If you follow the links and dig into this supposed 25% PASC rate is actually talking about hospitalized patients. While 33 million have tested positive, and more than that have been infected, I don't think we cleared 1 million hospitalized. So, 25% of 1/33 (about 1 million out of 33 million hospitalized) of the positive tested people. Doing some math:
1/4 * 1/33 = 1/132 = 0.76%

This is the type of writing I call fear mongering. Omitting facts to emphasize a false hood. Beyond that, there are several good points mixed in. Especially for those that live in (blue) locked down states. Would be good to understand what you are facing coming out of your enforced caves.
