Yep and employers will be held liable for any complications from said vaccinations.

I have no dog in this fight. Got my vaccine as soon as it was offered. I can understand if someone doesn’t want to take something still under emergency authorization though. Employer demands employee get said vaccine that is not FDA approved then employer will cover any adverse events from said compulsory vaccinations.

...Except we know they won't. Not the Company's fault the vaccine had issues, blame the FDA.

FDA won't hear it. Not their fault the vax Company made a faulty vaccine, blame the vax company.

Vax company won't hear it. Not their fault everyone was in such a rush to get the vaccine. After all, it wasn't fully vetted and the company specifically asked for an emergency use only authorization. That automatically means the vaccine comes with risk, and any user knew the risk when they took it.

At the end of the day, the individual will be left responsible for something they were forced to do.

(Yes, yes.. they could have refused and gotten fired. I know... but that doesn't pay the bills - especially when they will be fired "for cause" and thus not even eligible for unemployment in most states. And good luck suing after EEOC already said it was legal.)

With how powerful the nurse unions are in several states I foresee some hospitals and healthcare facilities ponying up some dough in the future for this forced vaccine. I would be interested to see a cost analysis for the amount of missed work due to the covid vaccine in places such as just the VA or DOD civilian healthcare side. I know I personally got very sick after my second dose and missed work. Under the covid rules that sick day was given to me without charging sick time under some law. Nothing is free meaning someone paid for that sick day. I know several folks who also were ill for a couple of days after the covid vaccine and had to miss work. SFC Casey O'Mally

I understand that EEOC has already weighed in, and said this is legal.

However, in the words of LtC JoAnn Galloway, "Your honor, I *strenuously* object." The vaccine is still, at this point, an EXPERIMENTAL MEDICAL PROCEDURE. It has been approved for EMERGENCY USE ONLY, not for routine usage.

Requiring anyone to undergo an experimental medical procedure in ANY other context would be a serious no-go. But because "OMG COVID" suddenly, we no longer have individual rights or liberties.

It is not just the vaccine, but the vaccine is one of the primary indicators. Our government has decided that individual rights no longer matter, and are no longer relevant. Only collective rights are worth consideration. We were founded on a strong belief in individual liberty, in personal freedom, and in personal responsibility. Our government through the years has decided that they will take both responsibility and freedom away, for our own good. I, for one, am not happy about it.

(And yes, I got my vax - both shots. But it was a personal decision for personal reasons. I am not against the vaccine - just against it being mandated when it is still experimental.)
