There's already another thread about this going around, FYI.

My opinion, is, so what? Has he done anything to violate the UCMJ? If not, leave the dude alone. If he's broken some law, deal with that and punish that. I thought we didn't punish people for their beliefs, only their actions.

Also when you join the military you fill out an SF86 for security clearance and background check and one of the questions asked is if you’re a member of an organization such as this boy is apart of. I highly doubt he disclosed this information. Article 83 - Fraudulent Enlistment
