America loves to-go cocktails. This state won't allow them anymore

We are regulars at one of the local restaurants. If we are there at closing time, the owner cleans out the frozen margarita machine - and my wife gets free margaritas to-go. She would be devastated if our state outlawed this. (But we would probably still go home with free frozen margaritas - they would just be in the trunk instead of in the cabin.)
