No evidence has been presented to support the claims of trump and other Republicans. The courts got it right.

Unlike many, I prefer to base my opinions on facts and in this subject, the facts are not yet known. Courts dismissed lawsuits on procedural grounds and, I suspect, many judges feared opening a can of worms. Now, as I watch the Biden Administration fighting every effort to perform the audits needed to prove or disprove such claims, I have cause to be suspicious. Why don't you?

Capt Gregory Prickett - No, I don't know that. How do you? Are you assuming facts not in evidence? Are you assuming greater knowledge of the law? I wouldn't. Furthermore, I am at no time claiming credit for the good" and passing "off the bad." He is an obnoxious human being. He has made mistakes. When haven't the same things been said of all of us? As for judging him as a racist, I have never heard anything more laughable. If he's a racist, he's the worst at practicing racism that I've ever seen (and I grew up among the worst of them). As someone under constant attack from the time he was nominated until today (without let up), and forced to defend himself (since no one else would), he had an annoying habit of attacking often crudely. But then, I look at his children, all accomplished, especially Ivanka and her husband, and then compare them to Hunter Biden. There must be something in the man to have raised such children. Still, I openly admit that he was not even my last choice as a candidate. I found something in every other contender for the GOP nomination, but not him. I didn't contribute to his campaign. (In fact my contributions only went to the young Navy Vet opposing Maxine Walters and Kim Klacik, the only obvious choices that I could see.

CPT Jack Durish - Did the economy tank on Trump's watch or not? Did unemployment soar on Trump's watch or not. Did Trump lie about COVID to the American public, and then admit that lie on tape, or not?

Capt Gregory Prickett - The economy and employment soared during the Trump Administration until the Covid lockdown. The black community benefited from the programs he instituted with Sen Tim Scott. Did President Trump make mistakes? Absolutely, but his mistakes are called lies while President Biden's lies are called mistakes. President Trump also attempted to do many things that were absolutely correct. His quarantine was a time honored response to the occurrence of an infectious disease, but he was castigated as a racist and xenophobe for doing it. (Compare this to the introduction of HIV and AIDS, when quarantine was not allowed for fear of subjecting the gay community to persecution - and many thousands of gays died for that decision.) Also, he brokered concessions on the development and quick release of a vaccine that others now take credit for.

CPT Jack Durish - Thank you for admitting that under Trump's watch, both the economy and employment tanked. As to his COVID lies, he admitted those to lies to Bob Woodward, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q7_vdlq6jik

Once again this POS #45 is caught in a lie of denying something he ACTUALLY said to someone.

https://youtu.be/DMUmLzBFrPs

Because the wife and mother were offended by his words (nobody knows how anyone else in the limousine that could hear the conversation took it) should man up and apologize.

I’ll help the POS #45 out with the apology:

“To the widow, mother and any other family members of SGT. JOHNSON that my words offended, I do deeply apologize as it was not my intentions to offend you or seem disrespectful or dismissive of the lost of your husband and son.

We as a nation are grateful for his and your family sacrifice for the freedoms and protection of our great nation, that he gave his life defending.”
