Within the article, Islamic terrorism in Africa will be the battle ground for the next 20 years.
I hope our young hard chargers are given the lessons we learned in Vietnam and Afghanistan to not get bogged down. But to search with technology, both high and low elevation, to hit with overwhelming power, and be given artillery, rotor and fixed winged support out the wazzo.
The enemy has the same narrative as the Taliban or any other Islamic group. So, screw trying to control it, as it has been going on for 1400yrs due to their perfect man. Just annihilate them due to their attacks on civilians/Infidels.

I think you are right about Africa being the next battleground. And I agree about taking them out. There is no civilized way to deal with this.
