We are just fodder for the egos of the mass-media, social-media and what used-to-be a free press. We have been left to fend for ourselves in a sea of conflicting sources and institutions that have prostituted their once-credible reputations away in the name of ideology and/or political expediency.
Once upon a time we were presented with facts and drew our own conclusions. I hope that's a skill we haven't forgotten how to use. Unfortunately, finding facts requires us to do our homework. Study Up!

SPC Terry Page - Finding facts was dismissed from education a few decades back. Word definitions are now fluid. Ask most 20 somethings how to quantify and qualify facts and they will stare blankly or tell you to check Snopes.

SSgt (Join to see) - They stopped teaching people How to think 40 years ago and concentrated on telling them WHAT to think! Slow but sure the Commies won over our children and grandchildren. Take You Kids Out of Public School!

SGT James Murphy - Our kids had a mix of home school and public school - out in the country, not the city. Our grand kids are being home schooled so far.
The only way I can say "send your kids to public school" is if the parents *also* put 5-6 hours every week into teaching their kids Civics, English, Math, Cortical Thinking, Morals/Values and Manners. And home schooling only takes 10-15 hours each week!

Exactly what I’ve been saying. I did some research on how many deaths are attributed to the Delta variant, nothing came up. Vaccinations and natural immunity is working. Get vaccinated!
