Michio Kaku - Are there Extra Dimensions?

There has been a great deal of discussion on Parallel Universes, different dimensions and more within the environment of Physics as we (humans) understand it... Today I challenge each of you, who may be interested, to watch, listen and understand the possibility of multiple dimensions... Yeah, I know that some of you will examine this and say that it is ridiculous, others may be puzzled by it, and still others will grasp the concepts as presented by Theoretical Astrophysicist Michio Kaku... He discusses the different dimensions in terms that the average person may be able to understand the concepts he presents... I will tell you that He will speak about "String Theory" and for now just accept the fact that String Theory is a form of microscopic measurement used by Physicists...

I hope some of you will give this video a shot and if so, let me know what you think about the concepts of greater than 3 dimensional space...

I have a theory regarding string theory; basically the resonance of the "strings" is actually a wake of sorts of what is going on in the other dimensions. I actually think there are 27 (3 dimensions x 3 dimensions x 3 dimensions) dimensions with one having no dimensional properties (technically not a dimension more so a state) - particles in this dimension are omnipotent and have no restrictions in regards to space and or time. No way to measure or observe as there is no time or space - maybe the science version of heaven. As we live and understand things in a 3D world we can only observe things in 3D, 2D, or 1D, however I feel string theory may be a way to at least get an idea of what may be going on in the 4th, 5th and so on dimensions. I as well feel once we understand these other dimensions the possibility of time traveling might become more of a possibility. Incredibly fascinating universe we live in.
