The Mpls PD has long had cultural problems with unrestrained use of force, they did when I was there. This didn't surprise me.

SSgt Ray Stone - Yeah, that was St. Paul the other half of the Twin Cities. I was always surprised that more gun rights groups were not involved in condemning that shooting.
Castile did what most people would have thought was right and reasonable. If a person can do everything right in an interaction with the police when armed and still get shot and the officer acquitted, well that would seem to be something gun rights groups would be more concerned about.

Makes you wonder why anyone would want to live or go to where Minneapolis PD has jurisdiction.
