IMHO SGT (Join to see) , I always thought that Alfred E. Neuman, was the estranged sibling of Howdy Duty. I mean the genetic similarity is undeniable.

I remember the first edition, a parody of horror comics. and the "dormant gookum" that destroyed one planet, and was a threat to Earth. Sure wish I had kept it.
