An interesting concept to treat wastewater. I hope they have thought through if any biological problems affect their wetlands to a degree when they stop functioning. They have so much land maybe they have several separate wetland areas that create a redundancy.

Yes it is Nancy. I made a blunder in my original comment, I had meant to say chemical reactions that could affect biological life in the wetlands. No edit button anymore. :)
I wish I could review the design calculations and assumptions made for this system. When I worked for DEP Bureau of Abandoned Mine Reclamation, we used to work with wetlands to help clean up acid mine drainage, so I can appreciate how they are using these wetlands. I won’t go off any further into the weeds. As the Boss Lady says, I have a tendency to go on and on about things that interest me.
