I'm not a Lawyer, nor do I play one on TV. I do however believe that a string of negligence can be proven in this incident and those guilty of it should go to trial. On the face it doesn't look like Murder, there was still a homicide, and that can't be swept under the rug.

Manslaughter comes to mind... One of the basic lessons my father instilled in me about guns and rifles: (1) Never point a gun at someone unless you're going to shoot them; (2) ALWAYS treat a gun as if it's loaded (even if you know it's not); (3) refer to rule #1. I know they were making a film, but much of the facts as to the incident itself has not been presented. This is going to play out for a while, but eventually someone is going to be the fall guy. Any bets on Alec Baldwin?
