If this comes as a shock to you, I want to sadly inform you that the reality you have been living in is by far much better the the reality of our country. It was only a matter of time before the line in the sand was crossed again in this communist soceity our country as begun to travel down. First they tell you that you don't have a right or a say on what your children learn, next will be "medications" and "Vaccines" I hope the family bankrupts this company for this atrocity.

Considering that it’s a mobile van parked outside that students have to go to in order to get vaccinated, my money’s on little Johnny forging a parent’s signature and then getting caught. This was a deliberate action by the kid, but the parents are going to blame the provider for his disobedience.
I suppose things could’ve changed in the forty plus years since I was in high school (or the twenty or two years since my daughters were), but I doubt it. I’m also willing to bet that the slips didn’t go through a teacher, who’d have the best chance of spotting a forged signature. If I was going to sue anyone, it would be the school since they’re ultimately responsible for their students.

According to the article, the slip was not signed at all, not just a forged signature.
And she *is* suing the school - both the individual school and the school district.
As for the child walking their voluntarily that is *likely* true. However I can *also* envision teachers filing their home room through the site. No information on that is provided, so I cannot assert that the school unduly influenced this youth. I just request that we remain cognizant of the POSSIBILITY of school influence, absent evidence in either direction.
