It is such a widespread difficult subject... I honestly can't make up my mind some days... I am all for free speech, but there seems like common sense should step in at some point to gain control.... At some point you have to wonder, if you let free speech roll and land where it may, would the lies be enough to take the country down the toilet. It seems like we have entered an new era, not only in technology, but in the depth people will lower themselves to in order to achieve their goals.
Final answer I don't know and I'm glad I am not responsible to make the final decision lol....

PFC David Foster I can't understand why you can't make up your mind on a simple issue. If you have to check with someone to determine if what you want to say is "correct" or not, do you rally have freedom at all, much less free speech? It's easy to say that lies should not be spread, but just how big a step is that from living in Stalinist Russia or Nazi Germany? Other than not being allowed to yell "Fire" in a crowded theater or something similar, the right to free speech should never be infringed.
If common sense were common, AOCrazio would be in the same class with the Easter Bunny, the Tooth Fairy, and politicians who never lie.

I personally like to speak the truth, whether it is legal for me to lie or not... I know Trumpsters find that hard to believe, but some people do have morals...
It's nice to known that some people like you think the responsibility is a no brainer.... I personally think people like the owners of Twitter and Facebook have a great big responsibility that shouldn't be taken lightly.... I say again, I am glad I don't have that responsibility.
You go ahead and twist that around any way you want, there you go, free speech... woot LOL....
We are however in agreement, Free speech should never be infringed upon, even after the damage DJT's lies caused in our country, he lacked morals and a conscience...
