Biden is absolutely clueless. I really don’t understand how people entering America illegally are surprised when you get arrested and separated from your kids. It is amazing that the government is willing to settle with each family for $1 million. That Biden has no idea what is going on is pathetic! Makes you wonder who is running the country.!

LTC David Brown - No, they don't have to stay in the first safe country, and if they make it into your country, you cannot deport them pending an asylum determination. The wait in Mexico policy applied to those who presented themselves at a port of entry and had not entered the United States. The Biden Administration has complied with the SCOTUS ruling, while working to overturn the Trump policy, this time in compliance with the APA. Remember, all SCOTUS said is that Biden could not end the policy in the manner he attempted, not that he couldn't end it if he followed the proper procedures.
