An attorney for one of the white men standing trial in the death of Ahmaud Arbery told the judge Thursday he doesn't want "any more Black pastors" in the courtroom after the Rev. Al Sharpton sat with the slain man's family.

Old lawyer adage: "If the facts are on your side, pound the facts. If the law is on your side, pound the law. If neither the facts nor the law is on your side, pound the table."

He's pounding the table. That should tell you something about the defense's case.
