That is some helpful advise and I find for the reasons stated here that may be why I sometimes have pain in my neck. (Not a person but actual pain, LOL) I've done some of those things and it helped but I wasn't sure why it was happening. I've even gone and pressed on side of My head against a wall (only pressed, NOT banged My head, lol) and believe it or not that even helped plus moving the neck around like they mentioned. Also sometime wearing a hat with a visor only maybe the width of two finger between the bottom of the visor and the top of You nose means You have to stand more erect in order to see where Your going. One a service cap it not only looked better but actually improved You posture which is something a beret can't do. (something I figured out as a Cadet at a Military Academy tha tit actually had a health purpose and one reason I guess MY posture was good and I've never had back problems. That also helps You legs believe it or not. I seem to spend more time sitting though and looking down than I used to which hasn't helped. Thanks for the posting which I think We all may get some good information from especially as We grow older and pains are more frequent anyway..
