The U.S. has developed and deployed a variety of directed-energy weapons, so it should be no surprise that other countries also have them, or that they would use them against Americans.

Was trying to use an end time on the video to stop it before the long advertizment at the end. The stop time works, but results in showing only a blank YouTube, above.<sigh> Clicking on it still goes to the video.
