Poor Puppy, seems confused. He does appear to have the same problem our Boston does, very little hair to keep him warm so I understand the coat thing, my wife does that to her before she lets her out. I don't, she comes back in a lot faster for me than for my wife.

Think of us human critters (we're basically hairless) but adaptive. Think about those folks in, let's say, in Buffalo. Sitting in a football stand watching the Bills with a stiff wind and lake-effect snow. Plows a-plenty for the roads and beer for the fans... it's all adaptation. To bad our best friend's can't do that for themselves.
