Thank you my friend Lt Col Charlie Brown for making us aware that a military medical team has begun a month long deployment to a Rhode Island Hospital to help treat a surge in the number of coronavirus patients caused by the spread of the omicron variant.
Military are subject to orders and yet I expect most of these service members would volunteer to help if asked. Military medical folks are dedicated.

Staffing down 35%! Voluntary departures or let go because the won't take the "jab"?
The Northeast Georgia Medical System is getting ready to release 500 personnel due to vaccine mandates. That's going to work well, Not!

MSgt Dale Johnson Female SFC here, for the record. Research for the Soldier at USAMRIID Virology Division & elsewhere. I remember getting my polio vaccine & one child in kindergarten who had braces, older family friend who lived in a wheelchair from polio. I concur there should be mandatory vaccines for K-12, as before. My point is certain politicians with a desire to pander to their base are thoughtless about real life consequences of their posturing.

SFC Terry Stinnett I have not seen that yet and I live in GA. I will have to see if i can find it and see what thr deal is. The vaccines listed for kids, I don't agree they should be dropped as mandatory.
As to the Covid jabs I am vaxed and done. I will not take another mRNA vaccine. I will look at and decide on the attenuated virus vaccine that will be coming out.
I also support those that will not have their kids get the mRNA vaccines. Their risk of complications is greater than their complications with Covid. From all I have read, and our physicians have presented in our weekly meetings.
I support medical personnel, especially those that have had Covid while working the pandemic, not being mandated to take thr vaccine. On this we probably don't agree. So be it.

SFC Terry Stinnett I have asked my state senator for a more in depth explanation. Especially since I don't agree with doing away with the childhood vaccines. I will await his answer.
