Just think about all of those military members overseas who will be denied the right to vote. The GOP is exposing itself more and more each day as a threat to our Constitutional form of government.

Can't happen and won't happen. Chip's summation was slightly inaccurate (and yes, I know he just copied it from the article's summation - but that was inaccurate, as well).
This bill would not end ALL voting by mail. Absentee ballots would still be allowed under certain circumstances, including military service (or being a spouse or household member of a military member).
Federal law actually requires this, so even if the bill DIDN'T provide that option, it would STILL be required.

Republicans act like they can’t win unless they cheat and completely make it to where they are the only ones making the rules. Maybe that is what it takes for them to win since none of them can actually say what it is they want to accomplish! Other than lining their own pockets and those of the already filthy rich.
Will never happen but money should be taken completely out of politics. You want to serve, great! You get a spending budget that is tightly controlled for approval and actual usage. And that is it! No salary, no retirement and your medical benefits are whatever has been given to the American people. You want to serve the people by getting into politics, then do your job and serve the people! Not yourself or corporations! Give them a business class flight to and from their home state for travel, that is it! We need to put a stop to politicians, from both sides, making a career out of politics and as a way to become rich like so many have!
