It does seem strange, many on the left called Trump a Putin puppet, yet Trump had sanctions on the pipeline, and Sleepy Joe comes along and removes the sanctions.

To my knowledge it was Hunter Biden who got millions from Russian oligarchs, it was Hunter Biden who made millions from an oil deal in Ukraine and it was Joe Biden as VP who held up billions in aid until a Ukrainian investigator was fired. But no ones is investigating any of this.
