Like all those Russian soldiers read, write and speak English? How many Americans read ,write or speak Russian? I watched a video today of a Georgian tanker vessel refusing to refuel a Russian vessel. Were people really saying what I was told? How would I know? I am sure some Russian soldier is interested in someone with whom he can’t communicate. Pure BS. Yes it could work if you had any idea how to communicate in Russian.

There have actually been reports of Russian soldiers using Tinder in Ukraine, so if those reports are true, he isn't too off-base. Regardless, it's ridiculous.
