PO1 William "Chip" Nagel Bad news for waterfowl for sure. As a member of Ducks Unlimited I follow the annual rainfall of the areas of North America and especially the Prairie Potholes; the duck factory as it is commonly referred to as. What's worse is the amount of wetlands we lose every year to farming and development.

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel a very interesting study she did. Hopefully her research will get some changes made to our wetland management policies.
