If President Biden kept troops in Afghanistan, the invasion of Ukraine would not have happened. Unfortunately, he wants to go electric as soon as possible and most of the nickel, Cobalt and other toxic chemicals to make batteries are outside the USA and it's in Africa, China, Russia and it's so dangerous to handle that the EPA won't let American companies process it domestically so it all basically goes through China or Russia.
