That's just great, a Supreme Court nominee who doesn't even know her own gender. How in God's name would she be able to distinguish between a 'right' and a 'wrong,' 'good' or 'evil,' 'liberty' or 'tyranny?'

She went to Harvard. So did people like Dan Sullivan, Ted Cruz, Ben Sasse, and Tom Cotton.

This is just the standard SCOTUS nominee game. Congress asks a bunch of questions that are mostly to get their base riled up and the nominee carefully tries not to answer them in any real sense. The party that put forward the nominee mostly cheerleads, the other party mostly bashes.
This is a non issue. It's a social issue that will get the right's base riled up but really has little to do with how she will rule on the bench (no matter how they try and frame it that way). We all know how she will likely rule on the bench but she (like all nominees) won't be straightforward about that so this is what is left to put in the media.

Of course it's the game. It is a social issue, but I disagree it's a non issue. When one can't answer a basic question that all can agree on, well where do we go from there?
I also have problems trying the ISIS/Taliban at Guantanamo Bay in civilian courts. I personally believe it was more appropriate to try them in a military court. I believe our judges got that one wrong.
