There's been a tenacious fallacy in management circles for 30+ years now. Contrary to the fallacy, negotiations do not produce win-win results. Boeing should stop whining, enable that CEO in exploring his future career endeavors, and hire a real negotiator. Sgt (Join to see) MSgt Robert "Rock" Aldi
