Truth. The majority of both Democrats and Republicans want limited abortion available. Not abortion up to and including birth. However, Democrat politicians are receiving big bucks from abortion providers like Planned Parenthood and don't want to give that up. So they are lying about what Republicans want in an effort to fire up their base.
