I don't know that it's "redefining future conflict" so much as teaching tyrants that it's not a good idea to put your inadequacies on public display

It is my understanding that the Ukrainian forces have pushed Russians back. It is also my understanding that the Russians are facing a shortage of micro chips to manufacture new tanks. The micro chip shortage has to also be hitting the manufacture of smart weapons.
