WIMBROW, Nutter Jerome III - Worcester County Veterans Memorial Ocean Pines MD

I posted this in response to something that LTC Stephen F. put out a few days ago but wanted to share again. If you don't have any specific individuals that you honor on Memorial Day I ask that you join me at 1200 tomorrow in saluting Maj Nutter J. Wimbro, KIA December 26, 1972. I toast him with a shot of vodka because that was his drink of choice but however you choose to salute him will be appreciated. Nutter was on my crew, a batchelor, and not scheduled to go Arc Light for at least 8 months but volunteered to replace a married crewmember who was scheduled to deploy right after Thanksgiving. Kind of tells God the kind of guy he was.
