NC Black student group points to Uvalde massacre in advocating against school resource officers

I just can't believe how wrong some people can be. Do they honestly believe we will have a more peaceful less violent society with no police, or are they just using it as a ruse to get rid of police who they believe are a threat to their possible criminal activities? What are the ethics of these people?
