As well they should be...unfortunately, if the idiots in the House made their remarks on the House floor they can't be prosecuted...but if not...

I look at it this way they want to hold Trump responsible for Jan 6th because of some comments he made about the election, then Chuck Schumer should be held responsible for the man arrested trying to murder a Justice, because of the comments Schumer made on the steps of the Supreme court, I could also say the same about M.Waters and others. Should be one standard for all the swamp.
